I am finally getting around to showing you our new courtyard furniture, though this area is still a
work in progress. I had ordered an outdoor rug but quickly returned it. Though not inexpensive
it was definitely cheaply made. After seeing it in the courtyard I am no longer sure that I even
want a rug.
The two printed pillows and planter were purchased at Lowes and the royal blue pillow is from Ballards.
Remember this fountain? We always felt it took up too much room and was somewhat fancy
for our modest home. It was sold to a neighbor and will be replaced with a smaller wall fountain.
Boy, this thing was heavy and it was quite a job to get it out of here. Just the bottom piece alone
weighed between four and five hundred pounds!
It’s rained almost every evening for weeks and the plants have grown like crazy. This Poinsettia has
tripled in size since we moved in three and a half months ago. It now stands over three feet tall!
LOVE those great print pillows, and all the pretty blue. What a great area to sit and relax!
Beautiful furniture, love the colors and your fountain is huge…so pretty!
Blessings,
Cindy
Sherry, your courtyard looks great! I love all of the pretty blues. You seem to be settling in nicely.
What a pretty patio. Love the colors – so relaxing.
Enjoy and have a wonderful Labor day weekend.

It looks great! What a beautiful outdoor retreat! Have a wonderful weekend.
Looking so good Sherry. I know you are having fun decorating. I found a fabulous fountain at a moving yard sale the other day for our deck. I found it on line at a cost of $350.00 and I got it for $40.00…woohoo. I think people forget about looking at Lowe's when doing their home. The rug in our living room came from Lowe's and I have always loved it. xoxo
Gorgeous!!!! I'll bet you'll never miss those winters in the north. I'd spend all my time on that patio.
It looks beautiful! I love everything although I don't know if I would have been able to give up that pretty fountain… or go through trying to move it! Enjoy your new patio 🙂
Everything looks beautiful, Sherry! Love the beautiful colors! That fountain does look VERY heavy! Your home looks so pretty! Have a great weekend. We NEED rain, it is parched up here in Pa.
how beautiful its coming out to be, I've missed some posts, must go back to when you found your home!
Sherry, that is just beautiful. I am not a big tropical fan, but your place is so pretty, you may change my mind!
I love your patio area! It looks so pretty in the blue color scheme and I love the furniture you chose. I agree that you don't really need a rug unless you just want that feel under your feet. Would love to have a pool and patio like that at my house!
So very beautiful…I just love the colors that you chose…You must love sitting out there….paradise!
Oh Sherry, it looks so nice! I love the blues and those pillows are great!
It all looks so pretty Sherry! Love the pops of color!

Things are really looking lovely! We got a great indoor/outdoor patio rug from Costco. It was pretty, well-made and the right price!

Everything is looking so wonderfully comfortable, beachy, and the shades of blue are sheer bliss!
Please send rain to VA!
Hugs!
So beautiful! I love the colors you chose … an inviting and happy place to enjoy! Lucky you!
I think it all looks lovely I like those large leaf plants you have .
I think the outside rugs always look better in a magazine however I have seen some that looks better once you get them down outside.
Someone gave me a very inexpensive one and it made my old concrete patio look so much better
The courtyard looks gorgeous, I love the blue, it reminds me of my time in Palm Springs.
Lee 🙂
Oh Sherry, this maybe my favorite room…I love the blues. I know…Those fountains weigh a ton!
I would be so fun if we could do a road trip to Melbourne!
Carol
Beautiful furniture Sherry and I love the fresh colors of the cushions and pillows! I would be out there all the time…so relaxing. Hope you are enjoying a wonderful weekend!
XO Barbara
Love the blues that you are using in that area…just perfect for Florida!
Sherry, I am loving your courtyard. That blue against the color of your exterior really works well! Just looking at the table's fretwork with the sun coming through looks like a patterned rug already!
