2. Oh dear Sherry, I most inmediatelly pray for your dear dad, for his prompt recovery. I know what you mean, I asked for prayers for my son-in-law and it definetelly helped with his delicate spine operation and he's doing really well. Please don't get nervous, you'll see, our Lord will help him recover soon and I'm so happy you can go and be with him. Prayers will go his way.

51. You are in my prayers tonight. I was with my father when he passed away in Oct. It was the hardest and most difficult thing I have ever done but I would not have done it any differently. My father slipped away while hearing my voice reassuring him. I was there to make sure he was treated with respect and he was not alone making it also one of the best things I have ever done.

    I hope you are able to be with him in his last hours My prayers are with you both.

    I just read your post and I am praying for both you and your father. Ironically I am here in Florida visiting family and I am only about 1 1/2 hours from Orlando. We are down until next Wednesday and we drove so I have a car.
