What a fun weekend!
If you put four ladies together that love
If you put four ladies together that love
to shop and eat you can’t help but have a great time.
Friday we arrived in Leesburg and went straight to the cutest
french cafe for lunch on the patio and then we hit all the wonderful
antique shops in the historic area. Several of the shops have been
featured in Romantic Homes.
Saturday we were one of the first ones in line for Lucketts Spring Market
There was a really long line by the time the gates opened.
First, we headed to the Design House to beat the crowds. This is a two story
home on Lucketts property which they beautifully decorate each room
with items for sale. Below are photos of this months Design House.

I believe there were 175 vendors set up outside and among them were some
of my blogger friends including Marian @ Ms Mustard Seed, Connie
@ Hartwood Roses and Deborah of Confessions Of A Craigslist Junkie.
I was so excited to finally meet Sharon @ Elizabeth & Co though I was
disappointed that I never found Kathy @ All About Vignettes tent.
Can you believe I didn’t get a single picture of any of the ladies?
I have to get pictures of what I bought and I’ll be back to show
you later.
Thanks to Lynn @ The Vintage Nest, Debbie and Kathy for such
a fun weekend!

It looks like they had some great stuff, Sherry. Similar to things I saw here at the Springfield antique fair. I am amazed at some of the large furniture pieces that they manage to bring in.
Oh, I've been waiting to see your finds at Lucketts. Wow, so glad you are sharing them with us. I don't live anywhere near there so glad to see it through your eyes. Thanks.
Oh Sherry, I was so looking forward to meeting you too. I'm so sorry you didn't find me. I was with the Stylish Patina Barn girls along the pool fence. Maybe next time.

I think my favorite item is the window, but that sailboat picture is pretty awesome too.

It looks like you had a great time. One of my favorite things to do.
Fellow VA blogger here. Dropped in here from the Luckkets blog. I had a great time at the market on Sunday. Going through your blog page by page now. 🙂
Sherry-It sounds like you had a wonderful time. What fun to meet some fellow bloggers and get to put a voice with a face/blog! I can't wait to see what you picked up! xo Diana
My heart practically stopped at seeing the photo of all the lovely frenchstyle chairs. Luckett's is on my list for next time. I am so envious of the women who enjoyed picking out the one (or more) to take home…and my color is not even green……. your photos are wonderful…thanks for sharing…..
Looks like a great place to shop or just look. Just wondering – did you ever get your clam shell from your Dad?
I would love to go! Perhaps one day! I've noted that the Country Living Fair dates are set for Georgia – I'll satisfy myself with that! Thank you for taking us along!
Kathy
Hi, Sherry
I love all those pieces, but my fav are the chairs. They are gorgeous.

That one picture with all the items with numbers on them just grabbed me. I guess I have a thing for letters and numbers. Well, I like to look at numbers, not do math. Thanks for letting us come along via your images!
