Hi everyone.
I keep telling myself to stay away from the antique shops but I obviously
have no willpower!
My latest lapse of resolve resulted in another urn purchase. Yes, something
else to be moved that weighs a ton.
Hope to see you at the Open House Party starting Wednesday evening.
Have a wonderful 4th of July!
xo,
Sherry
It is hard to stay away when you love the thrill of the hunt! What a great piece.
I like the urn Sherry, I see why you couldn't resist.
I agree with Ann. It's hard to resist the anticipation of the unknown and what if's of antiquing and thrifting!! I love the urn and your bottles underneath are amazing!!
i'm kinda guilty of collecting urns myself…i love yours!
It's a wonder urn, Sherry! No wonder you couldn't pass it up!
I'll be there!
I get it Sherry. It is beautiful and I have a weakness for urns too.
I hear you… I have been trying to stay out of the thrift shops but did go last week… and found something of course 🙂 Love your new piece.
Happy 4th!
Sherry,

Okay- Your sin of lying to yourself (about not buying anything) is forgiven. That is a great urn. Now, go forth and sin no more- xo Diana
I love it. Such a great size and shape. Have a great 4th!
I love the urn! In fact, I love the entire vignette. xo
I'm guilty of that same thing! I went for a while without buying anything new. I wasn't really interested. Then, suddenly, something caught my eye. I think we all have that problem! ha! I love your new urn and how you placed it on that capital.
Wonderful Sherry. I have a couple of smaller urns in a bronzed tone which I am thinking of painting black. What do you think

Isn't part of the fun just looking, touching feeling and doing "investigative reserach" sounds very important and its what I tell my husband……..works as well as when I tell him I am shopping again BUT its "retail therapy"…lol. Enjoy……happy July 4th.
I have no idea what you are talking about. Staying out of the antique shops is sooooo easy………….NOT!
Miss you. That urn is fabulous!
Happy 4th
Dear Sherry, You can never have too many urns. I love them all! Your new acquisition is a good one. I would not have passed it up either. Hapy 4th. ox, Gina

The urn is beautiful and so are those bottles.

It's beautiful and once you start going to thrift & antique stores it is almost impossible to stop! So much fun and anticipation of what you may find. I also love all the bottles–the entire area is just beautiful!
