I’ve been avoiding thrift stores and garage sales since we moved into our new home a year ago. Downsizing has left us with a storage unit filled to the brim and we need tohave our own garage sale.
Recently a church in our area was having a huge garage sale that I couldn’t miss. I am so glad I didn’t resist.
I bought all these Brighton handbags for $5.00 each! I scooped them up and almost ran to the register. Can you believe one of bags actually still had the tags on it?
Several years ago my sweet husband bought me a straw Brighton for my birthday. I can tell you that the sales tax on that bag was more than $5.00!
It’s always exciting to find such great deals and I was thrilled to have found these handbags.

Oh what a lucky girl you are!!!! I only carry Brighton handbags and actually have the same straw one with floral lining. I haven't been to a garage sale in ages….I might just have to go to some this weekend now :o)

Beautiful! I love Brighton jewelty but their bags are SO expensive. This was a lucky find indeed and I'm sure you'll find some space for them! That's the clever kinda gal you are. 🙂
