A Win & Apology

I was recently the lucky winner of a $100 gift certificate to Gallery Direct sponsored by
Courtney at French Country Cottage.  I knew right away I wanted an enlargement on canvas
of a photo taken by my husband on our recent trip to the Greek islands.
Steve and I are both thrilled with this piece and the colors are absolutely amazing!
This beautiful art will hang in our home for many years as a constant reminder of
a wonderful trip.
Thank you Courtney and Gallery Direct for this wonderful gift.

An apology…
I have received several emails from blogger friends asking why I haven’t been around
as much.  I want to apologize to those of you that haven’t received a reply
to the comments you have left me and for not visiting your blogs as often as I would like.
I have been dealing with health issues the last few months that have left me very tired
and stressed.  Five doctors, and numerous test,  and they still don’t know what is wrong
with me.  I do have a long list of diseases that test have ruled out…that is a good thing!
I hope you will bear with me during this time and know that I read and TRULY appreciate
every single comment I receive and each time you link to my party.
I can not begin to tell you how much your support and friendship means to me.

  1. Sherry, don't you worry one little bit. Your health and well being come before everything else. It's just impossible to get back with everyone. You take care of yourself. Keeping you in my prayers, xoxo

  2. Dear Sherry, I am so sorry that you are not feeling well.
This is probably a very silly question: Have you had your electrolites checked and if so, were they carefully studied? You were in Venice recently. Have you been checked for h.pylori?
Please take care of yourself and we will be here when you feel better. All the best to you, Gina.

  3. Sherry ~ Just take care of yourself, that's the most important thing! No apology necessary. Hope you're feeling better very soon! Keeping you in my prayers!

  4. No need to apologize sweet Sherry. We all miss you. It's important that you get well and concentrate on your health.

We will see you when you are ready.

    hugs
    Sissie

  5. Your new canvas is so beautiful…the colors are just gorgeous!!!
I'm sorry to hear of your health issues! I hope you get answers soon…nothing is worse than unanswered questions and waiting!!!

  6. Oh I always enjoy your posts. Just take care of your health and yourself. I do know how time consuming it is to visit every one and especially those that link to your meme. Don't fret, you are just fine. Visit when you can and don't worry about the rest. Not everyone visits every single person that links to a party, so you don't have to feel bad. Your health is much more important than a comment. Take care. Hugs, Marty

  7. Just take care of yourself and let us know how things are going.

Love the gift you sent to Kim @ Savvy Southern Style. Those are awesome!

No apologies required! I haven't been blogging all year due to issues. Health and family have to come first!

  8. Though I love all your blog posts, just take care of yourself! We'll all be here when you're better and understand when you can't post or visit everyone's blogs! :-). I know first hand what it's like to not be well – my friends joke that I have two jobs, my day job and my job as a professional patient. 🙂 And I have to have my 5th surgery in 4 years in just a few weeks. Take it easy, take care of yourself. Praying for a diagnosis for you, for wisdom for the doctors and yourself on a course of treatment.

  9. So sorry that you have been having health issues, Sherry! I do hope that a diagnosis is discovered soon so that you can receive proper treatment. Your health is so important, you take care of yourself. You will be in my prayers.
