How I Spent My Christmas Vacation & Novica Winner

First,  I would like to thank everyone that entered the Novica giveaway. The winner
of the $40.00 gift card is Dewena @ Across The Way.  Congrats Dewena and enjoy
your win.
We have returned from our cruise and what a great time we had!  I hadn’t mentioned
the trip until the last minute because it was a surprise for Steve’s birthday.  It’s always
nice to buy your husband a trip that you can enjoy too.
The ship left Miami last Monday and the first stop was Nassau, Bahamas.  It had been
years since we were there and boy things have changed!  Downtown is now filled with
dozens of high-end jewelry shops, Chanel, Gucci, Fendi,  Louis Vuitton, Cartier and
Coach.  Mixed in are t-shirt and souvenir shops.
Our first stop was Fort Fincastle, built in 1793, and the Queens Staircase.

Later we took a ferry to Paradise Island and walked around the shops and the
hotel Atlantis.
The ship was in Nassau until 11:30 pm but we headed back early to relax, have a great
dinner and watch the funniest comedy act that evening.
The next morning we arrived at Royal Caribbean’s private island, Coco Cay for a fabulous
day at the beach.  I’ll be back to show you more in a couple of days.  Now I have to get
busy decorating for Christmas.
Hugs,
Sherry

  1. Thank you so much, Sherry! I couldn't believe it when I got your email. And I have spent the last 20 minutes looking at Novica's beautiful products and have narrowed it down to a few things. I'll go tell my husband the exciting news now and then continue my shopping, thanks to you!

I'm so glad you had such a wonderful trip and I hope the Christmas decorating goes well and is lots of fun.

    Thank you again,
    Dewena

  2. This is our next trip, I don't know when but it is:) It's beautiful and I love the shops, people complain about them but I still love to shop and find a unique thing to bring home. I'm glad for you that you both got to get away for a while.

    Merry Christmas,
    Rondell
