Are you ready to see what I got for my birthday?

We made an offer on this home and it was accepted yesterday on my birthday! 

It is a U shaped home with a walled center courtyard and a pool in the back of the house. I
love all the outdoor space and everything is screened to keep out all the Florida bugs.  It was
important to us that dad to be comfortable, the property even has a separate guest house for
him with a bedroom, small kitchen, handicap accessible bath, intercom and it is just a few feet
from the main house.

We were surprised when we pulled up to the house to see it being painted a creamy beige. This
saved us lots of money and no more salmon color!

I’ll be back with more pictures after we meet with the inspector at the home. This time I will
remember my camera.
