If you haven’t entered my giveaway for a $200 gift certificate to Modern Bird Studios you can still enter HERE.
There is just something about cooler weather and turning leaves that makes me want to cook something. Yesterday I made a large pot of homemade beef and vegetable soup. This is such comfort food and great for this time of year.
I don’t bake often mainly because we don’t need the extra calories. I decided yesterday in the spirit of Fall to make pumpkin bread. Of course I had to put a little vignette together with my blue and white transferware!
See the gorgeous French damask napkins? I was the lucky winner of Laura’s giveaway at Decor To Adore and Metis Linens . Thank you so much Laura!
Beautiful china pieces Sherry, and the pumpkin bread looks delish
Gorgeous! The Blue & White makes my heart go pitter patter! I so wish it was cool here! We had a high of 91 today! UGHHH! I guess I will have to live fall through all my blogging friends!

Loving the blue and white transferware! I made pumpkin bread for my blogger brunch a couple of weeks ago. I still have one loaf in the freezer. Yours looks scrumptious!
Hugs,

I also made vegetable beef soup for Sunday Supper, but forgot to bake something for the finish…your pumpking bread sounds delicious and looks so perfect in your beautiful table setting.

Hi Sherry,
I came by earlier but my post wouldn't go through… so here I am again… I just ADORE your blue and white!!! I am seriously thinking of starting a collection… I have red, and green, I think I should start on the blue too!! 🙂 It is delightful!! Your pumpkin bread looks delicious! Funny thing, I made pumpkin bread this weekend too!!! Everything looks just beautiful!! Hope your week is going great!! 🙂
Hi Sherry, you know I'm a sucker for blue and white in any form – but that pitcher is perfect. Loving those napkins, weren't you lucky to win them! I can only imagine that pumpkin bread tastes wonderful, I'd love to make some but I've never seen canned pumpkin in the UK. I read somewhere that fresh cooked pumpkin is too watery to use.
Enjoy your week
Rose H
