Chalk Menu Board from an old $3.00 frame

Hi all!
I hope you are having a great week.
I wanted to do a quick post to show you my latest project.  You may remember
a recent post about the chalkboard  I made from an old $3.00 frame.  Well, I liked
the board but it still needed a little dressing up.  I found this great image at
The Graphics Fairy and added it to the chalkboard using craft paint.
Much better!
Thanks for visiting and I hope to see you at the Open House party starting
tomorrow evening.

  1. Sherry, Adding the sign made all the difference! It give your chalkboard a WOW factor!
I want to make a chalkboard for my back door… I'll be sure to add a great title like yours!

Your project would be perfect to share at TUTORIALS TIPS AND TIDBITS, my new weekly linky party! It is live every Wednesday evening at 8:00. Come on over and join in!

  2. You just inspired me to spruce up my own very plain (ex thrift store) project-turned chalkboard. Whew. That's a mouth-full, but seriously, great little idea.
